Periodic Task (Cyclic Creation)

Requires PIC permission.

First create a normal task, save it and more options will become available.

Then, under the "More" drop down menu, select "Cycle Creation" to convert the task to a Periodic Task.

In the window, you may change the repetition frequency.

Currently the system supports repeating frequency of a day, a week, a month, a quarter and a year.

Once saved, you can find the task under "Periodic Task" tab.

Click on the name to open the details page of the task. Here you may edit the settings for repetition.

Enabled ? : Whether the repetition settings is active.

Repeat : Repeat Frequency and Unit.

End : You may the repeating action to end after a number of repetitions, or after a certain date.

Benchmark : Whether the start day of repetition should based on the original task creation date or the "Start Execution Date" of this setting.

Start Execution Date: The date to start the task repetition action.

Include Sub-Tasks: Whether if the copies of task created during repetition should also include its subtasks in its content section.

Include Associated Items: Whether if the copies of task created during repetition should also include its associated items in its content section.

Results: The outcome of the settings above.
