Application Settings

Basic Settings:

(1) Default Disclosure Level Level: This refers to setting the default option selected for the "Disclosure Level" field. Options include "visible to superiors," "Only Myself," "Visible to Current Department," and "Public."

(2) Participant Receipt Default Status: This allows you to set whether participant receipts are enabled by default when creating a new schedule.

(3) Creating New Tasks Supported by Mobile App: This setting determines whether the mobile schedule module supports the creation of tasks.

(4) New Contact Reminders Supported by Mobile App: This setting determines whether the mobile schedule module supports the creation of contact reminders.

(5) Card Comment Rich Text: If enabled, the comments will be written in rich text format by default.

Schedule Calendar Display Settings:

Note: Only takes effect in "My Schedule".

(1) Schedule Display Period: In my schedule's weekly view and daily view lists, a day's time list is displayed. Here, you can set the time span for this list. (Depending on shift.)

(2) Start Time of the Week: When the calendar is displayed on a weekly or monthly basis, you can control whether the first column represents Sunday or Monday.

(3) Enable Default View: Set the default schedule view displayed in "My Schedule."

Schedule List Settings:

Recurring Schedule Settings:

(1) Recurring Schedule Generation: Set how many days in advance periodic schedules are generated. Note that the advance days only apply to newly added recurring schedules; existing ones remain unaffected.

(2) Display Virtual Schedules: Virtual schedules refer to schedules that haven't been generated within the specified advance days based on the recurrence conditions. Virtual schedules cannot be modified. Changes to the original schedule will be synchronized with virtual schedules.

(3) Maximum Span for Recurring Schedules (in days): This defines the maximum time range for periodic schedules. For example, if set to "30," users creating periodic schedules can only choose "End on" options within the next 30 days from the current date. Setting it to "0" means there are no restrictions, allowing users to select "Never" as an option for "End on," and there are no limitations on the "Occurrences" or "Date" ranges.

Weekly Schedule

(1) Morning/Afternoon Start and End Times: Set the viewing range for morning and afternoon start and end times in the weekly schedule.

(2) Display Noon: When enabled, a column for schedules with noon times can be added to the weekly schedule arrangement.

(3) Display Evening: When enabled, a column for schedules with evening times can be added to the weekly schedule arrangement.

(4) Data Range Settings: After adding data range for individuals, you can include options for displaying range in the weekly schedule. Default options include: "Mine," "Direct Subordinates," and "Indirect Subordinates.". The options added here will be displayed as available options for users to choose from.

Schedule Reminder Settings

(1) Optional Reminder Methods: Configure the reminder methods available when creating a new schedule. Users can choose from options such as system reminders, SMS reminders, and email reminders.

(2) Default Reminder Method: Set the default reminder method selected when creating a new schedule. The options can include system reminders, SMS reminders, and email reminders.

Schedule Conflict Settings

(1) Conflict Schedule Types to Check: Select the types of conflicting schedules that need to be checked.

(2) Handling of Conflicts: Define the method of handling conflicts when they occur. You can choose from options such as only providing a reminder without taking any action, or prohibiting the schedule from being saved.

You may enable / disable items that are available for the users to link in the information card page and the comment section.

Attachment Upload Directory Settings

The directory to store the attachments uploaded by users from information card page and the comments section.
